Connor Farquhar holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, and a Juris Doctor from Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia
Born in Timmins, Ontario, Connor has lived throughout Canada. In 2012, Connor moved to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta. In 2017, he moved to Banff to complete his practicum placement at the Banff Hockey Academy, working as the team Trainer. Connor spent the next two years living in Canmore, working as a white-water raft guide and instructor.
In 2019, Connor moved to Gold Coast, Queensland for two years to complete his Juris Doctor. During his time at Bond University, Connor was the sitting Vice President of the Bond University Canadian Law Students’ Association.
I want to be a part of the solution to what I consider to be the major problems and challenges that our world is facing today.
Connor says he first heard about Grey Wowk Spencer LLP through their work protecting the Constitutional rights of Canadians. Connor aligns strongly with the Firm’s 10 Guiding Principles. Connor strives for constant improvement and the team at the firm pushes him to be his best self both as a law student and as a community member.
Connor lives in Cochrane, AB. In his spare time, Connor likes to get out on the river. He was also a hockey and volleyball player and currently plays men’s league hockey and rec beach volleyball.
