Bradley Sinclair is a Partner at Grey Wowk Spencer LLP and manages the firm’s Calgary office. A respected lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, Bradley leads the firm’s Residential Real Estate practice while also advising clients in the areas of Wills and Estates, Family Law, Child Welfare, and Corporate and Commercial Law.

Born in Calgary and raised in nearby Chestermere, Bradley developed a passion for history, politics, and public service at an early age. He attended the University of Calgary, earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 1985 and a Master of Arts in 1989. Following graduate studies, he faced a pivotal career decision: pursue a Ph.D. and a career in academia or attend law school. Choosing the legal profession allowed him to combine intellectual challenge with entrepreneurship while building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and the community.

Bradley went on to earn his law degree from the University of Alberta in 1992 before completing his articles in Edmonton. He was called to the Alberta Bar in 1993 and spent nearly 27 years building a successful independent legal practice before joining Grey Wowk Spencer LLP on January 1, 2020. In recognition of his leadership and contributions to the firm, he became a Partner in 2022.

Throughout his career, Bradley has earned a reputation as one of Southern Alberta’s experienced residential real estate lawyers, assisting thousands of clients with buying, selling, refinancing, and transferring property. He also provides trusted guidance in estate planning, family law matters, child welfare proceedings, and business transactions, always focusing on practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Bradley has remained deeply committed to advancing the legal profession through education and service. An active member of the Canadian Bar Association for more than two decades, he has served as Chair and Executive Member of the South Alberta Residential Real Property Section. He has also taught future legal professionals as an instructor with the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the SAIT Legal Assistant Program, and the Law Society of Alberta’s Bar Admission Course. Today, he continues to serve as a member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta’s Real Estate Lawyer Advisory Council.

Community service has always been central to Bradley’s practice. Each year, he dedicates hundreds of hours to providing pro bono legal services, reflecting his belief that access to justice should extend beyond the courtroom.

Outside of the office, Bradley enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends. Whether gardening, hiking, camping, travelling, or enjoying a round of tennis or golf, he values maintaining the balance that has helped sustain a long and rewarding legal career.
