We are looking for an Associate Lawyer to join our team.  You will be responsible for working directly with the Senior / Managing Partner on high profile class actions to ensure that all legal matters are handled in a professional and efficient manner out of our Cold Lake or Calgary, Alberta offices.  The Associate Lawyer will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal needs, review of company policies and procedures, and business and legal policies.

• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings
• Providing legal and administrative support
• Conducting legal research
• Coordinating and filing all discovery documents involving Lawyers and clients
• Reviewing cases and providing updates
• Analyzing conflicts in legal matters and advising clients on solutions
• Coordinating and preparing administrative reports

Requirements and Qualifications

• Accredited Law degree
