The Class Action is for those who are unvaccinated and have been impacted by Canadian lockdowns and mandates.

The Defendants have requested the matter proceed as a specially managed proceeding in case management; that Order was just granted and will be shared. The Defendants have also requested that their defence not be filed and served until 60 days following the certification.
LAWSUIT FUNDING STRATEGY:
The Class Action is being crowd funded, which includes your donations. This is what keeps the case going by satisfying the ongoing costs. Your donation is applied to the case as you instruct. Donations are still needed to fund the lawsuit.
**Now that the class action has been filed and we are in the midst of litigation, no further refunds will be made after 1 December 2023. As we enter litigation donations are being used for fees and disbursements to prosecute the matter. If the case is a success and there is recovery against Canada, donations will be refunded out of the settlement proceeds.
