Current Status: The Statement of Claim was filed on 25 September 2023. The pleading has been amended by Plaintiff counsel to differentiate the proposed class from that filed in the Federal Court Action T-1081-23 known as Hill et al v. His Majesty the King in Right of Canada et al. The amendments remain before the assigned Case Management Justice for direction. Despite out best efforts, this case has been significantly delayed by the Courts own process. We have not yet been able to secure a date for an initial Case Management Conference. Despite this, we shall remain vigilant and press the case forward
