Canadian COVID-19 Lawsuit Newsletter – 2026-05-12

During a case management conference held on June 26, 2025, an Order was granted setting out steps and deadlines for the parties leading up to a hearing on the Motion for Certification. The Certification Hearing is set to occur 20-21 July 2026 at Edmonton Federal Court.
