Current Status: The Statement of Claim was filed on 6 May 2024. The European Union has banned Covid-19 drugs and their promotion. The State of Florida is empanelling Grand Juries to indict companies and individuals responsible for promoting and providing Covid-19 drugs to the public. Finally, the Government of Canada has acknowledged vaccine harms by committing $36M to its vaccine injury compensation fund.
